- Compare member rates
Search for your destination and travel dates, then review the available rates before choosing a stay. IHG says the app offers member-only pricing, so joining for free can provide access to exclusive rates. Check the booking conditions for the rate you select, including its cancellation terms, before confirming your reservation.
- Keep reservations in reach
Use the app to view a reservation and, when plans change, check whether you can modify or cancel it there. IHG describes reservation management as available in the app. Cancellation flexibility applies to most rates, not necessarily every booking, so review the specific terms associated with your stay.
