idealista 15.7.1: what changed
The latest idealista build highlights a more capable chat for sharing transaction paperwork. The app also brings property searches, saved favourites, alerts, and advertiser conversations together for people looking to buy, rent, or list a home.
What changed
- 01A more useful property chat
The updated chat can handle contracts, plans, booking or deposit documents, “nota simples,” and similar paperwork. That gives buyers, renters, sellers, and advertisers a place inside idealista to exchange these materials while discussing a property. The change is specifically about sharing documents through chat, rather than leaving the conversation to use another app.
- 02Share transaction documents in chat
When a conversation with an advertiser moves beyond questions or arranging a viewing, the chat can also be used for document exchange. The listed examples include contracts, plans, booking or deposit documents, and “nota simples.” Keeping those exchanges in the property conversation may make it easier to follow what relates to each listing.
- 03Keep property conversations together
idealista describes in-app document sharing as a way to keep benefiting from the security its app offers at every stage of a transaction. You can still use chat to ask advertisers questions or arrange a viewing, while the new document-sharing capability covers practical paperwork associated with the deal.

Worth knowing
idealista covers property searches and listings in Spain, Italy, and Portugal, so check that a listing is in a country you are interested in. You can search for homes, parking spaces, rooms, and other property types, and draw an area on the map to see listings and prices there. Installing an update through Google Play keeps your mail, data, and settings.
